My parents applied for the visas in Dec. 2004 when I graduated from school.I guess the money and never returning to China may be the major reasons for decline. I went back to China to visit my parents last year.
Thanks a lot for all the kind wishes received here in this forum. This is the third time my parents' applied for U.S. visas. I prepared all my material based on other people's experience here. Thanks a lot. I will post the list here tomorrow. BTW, Form 156 and 157 were prepared according to the official website. We mailed the material twice using USPS guaranteed for the 1st time and express for the second time. Both are pretty fast.
Converstation:
1.What's your plan in US? -See my daughter in Atlanta.
2.Is she married? What does she do in Atlanta?
3.What does her husband do in US? Bla, bla ....
The guy did not request any doucments from my parents. But he did scan the document list on the cover, read my letter and boss's letter to him and browse all my documents page by page, especially the visa pages. My parents heard him ask other couples for photos.
Good luck to you all!
